The Survival Kingdoms SMP
Recently SurvivalMike (SurvivalMike87 on YouTube) setup a new SMP and it sounded really interesting. A casual SMP where a few of us could hop on just whenever and have fun. No schedules, seasons, episodes, or other stress which sounded great. I’m still working out the proper recording setup so this would be a fun way to be involved in an SMP without worrying that I’m not contributing.
Mike did the setup and we are now up and running on a realm and it has been a blast. You can follow KingdomsSMP on twitter for more updates as well as here.
The seed started us in a jungle biome and we are all going to stay close to spawn until 1.19 comes out, then we will set off to explore and build our own Kingdom bases.
First Night
My first night was a tough one, it got dark while I was gathering materials and I of course only had 2 wool. So I spent the night gathering wood from the tree tops and looking down into this.
Starter Base
Since we are all building a starter house in the spawn area I stuck with materials I could easily find nearby in the jungle. Jungle wood, stone, and andesite are a nice combo and I think it turned out well.
It’s been a blast so far and I’m sure there’s a lot more to come.
